Do you accept returns?
Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you would like to return your items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued within 10 days of the items being returned to our warehouse.
Customers returning items are responsible for return shipping costs in place of a restocking fee.
To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for starting the return.

Where do you ship to?
We can ship to almost any address within Canada.
Please note: there are some restrictions to remote locations within Canada, and we do not ship to international destinations outside of Canada.
⚠️ U.S. Customers:
Due to tariffs charged by the U.S. government, we will no longer be shipping products to the United States. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
? Vacation Notice (Canadian Customers):
Orders placed between August 21st, 2025 and August 27th, 2025 will begin shipping on August 28th, 2025 as we will be on vacation during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over CA$150 ship for free.
Shipping on all other orders will be charged a flat rate of CA$15.
Please note that import fees may be charged on out of country orders. These fees are not reflected in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. Import and custom fees are charged by your country of residence to cover the cost of importing goods and the buyer is responsible for those fees.
How long does it take to process my order before it is shipped?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
An email will be sent to you once your order is processed and has been shipped.
